We (the Nankin Transit Commission) respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website, nankintransit.com, and/or use our app, “Ride Nankin Transit” or also known as “Ride Nankin” (collectively the website and app are referred to herein as the “Services”). We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and pages visited. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by us when you access our Services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We collect personally identifiable information from you when you use our Services to schedule a ride with Nankin Transit.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than seven (7) years after your last visit to our website or last use of our app.
